I'm the Good Life Guru! Rachel Bruce. I'm thirty five years old and have trained since I was 17. I started as an asthmatic whom the doctor advised to swim to increase lung capacity. I soon got bored and looked to new and exciting ways to get fit. This came in the shape of a gym and I have never looked back nor had an asthma attack since! I changed my diet and looked to foods to heal and nurture and natural remedies which fascinate me.
