First Step 2 Fitness

1st step 2 Fitness is run and operated by Susan Spinks, our ethos is to supply women with a gym catering for all ages and abilities. All of our gym team are fully qualifed and we currently have up to 'level 3' personal trainers, who can provide superb results for individuals. As instructors we're motivated by your success so if you are thinking of joining a club or have been before and are wanting to restart we promise you'll not regret it. Level 3 individual trainers are on site keeping up to date with current training trends. We'll get you where you want to be and further.
