We currently have an open list and welcome requests for registration from patients living in or moving into the practice area. To register bring your NHS medical card to the surgery or complete a registration form available from reception. Once registered we expect patients to accept future appointments

The Practice operates from Montague Health Centre, which was purpose built in 1968. Initially began by Dr Clark in 1936, the practice was them passed from him to Dr Higgins and subsequently Dr Rhoda, who prior to retiring partnered with the late Dr Holroyd. After a short period in the care of Locum doctors,
