I've been a individual trainer for over 5 years and have been teaching Yoga, Pilates, Legs-Bums-Tums, Aqua Aerobics & Tai Chi Fit for over 2 years. I strongly believe that the goal of exercise is to make life easier, whether it's increasing your life expectancy, avoiding injuries & disease, getting on with everyday chores with greater ease or simply feeling more confident & nice about the way you look and fell! Exercise is my true passion in life but I do understand that not everyone can feel that way!
