W Country Health Care was set up in the early 1990s. The transition from twenty five years of Nursing to selling Health Insurance took some time before a clear outline could be formed of what was required of a brokerage. The main goal was and continues to be providing customers the Advice. Now with the advent of the Financial Services Authority's regulations, it will be clearly documented what is required. Before the imposition of regulation, I set individual standards, which had their foundations within the ethos of nursing. Nowadays these standards are referred to as 'Best Practise' and 'Best Advice' West Country Health Care endeavours to uphold these standards.
