read moreComplaints been received from Clients stating they cannot contact SVH by telephone. We have recently had a new telephone system installed by BT and we are having intermittent problems which BT is trying to resolve. What we are being told from clients is that they are calling in and either it seems the call is not being answered as their phone is ringing but at our end it is not, therefore it seems we are not answering the call. The other scenario is calls are being made to us and when we do answer we cannot hear anyone at the other end and then we put the phone down.
