Pole Energy was set up in 2006 as a Professional Dance and Fitness School providing a complete array of services based on teaching people to get fit, learning new skills and having fun based on Pole Dancing for aerobic fitness. Our goal has always been to teach people of any age, gender or fitness level that Pole Aerobics produces amazing results to body tone, fitness, self-esteem and an overwhelming sense of self assurance. All our Instructors are Central YMCA ETM and NCFE Vertical Dance Instructors.
