I'm a highly skilled individual trainer with an honours degree in Sports Science from the University of Kingston Upon Thames and I am an affiliated member with the Register of Exercise Professionals. I have many years of knowledge with the Royal Marines Reserve where I was a qualified physical training instructor. I always try to make training fun and progressive in order to assist you reach your aims whether they are for weight management, body fat reduction, speed, power or strength training, body toning or body building, stress release or postural management.
