In the last 18 months we currently have spent over J60, 000 on new equipment full cardio studio with the latest Cross Trainers, Runners, Bikes & Rowers & a complete powerlifting room Professional Deadlift platform, Squat Rack, 3 Olympic Benches with 2 world Champion Powerlifters providing free advice & training.
