Gym & Trim is situated on Cardinal Park Ipswich in a modern and superbly situated facility, and have been working in Ipswich for over three decades. At its new site (15, 000s/ft) they have completed extensive expansion work in order to retain a bigger mixed training zone, but more importantly in there eyes a ladies training zone. At the same time given the increase in membership numbers there have been capable to increase staffing numbers considerable, so as to continue with their goal to be the the finest in client service.
