Forum Health Centre

The Forum Health Centre is an 8-doctor GMS practice contracted by Coventry Teaching Primary Care Trust to supply primary health care to the residents of North East Coventry. We have 13, 500 patients on our list (April 2008) and supply services from modern purpose-built premises in Wyken. We currently have a team of 5 nursing team, midwife and other health care specialists plus administrative and reception team to support the clinical team.
