If you are accepted as a viable candidate for Online Training you will be allocated a personal trainer and then they will ask you to conduct your initial benchmark fitness assessment. This is a number of simple easy to follow tests that use equipment you can find in your home. Based on the information you have given in the questionnaires, your fitness goals and fitness assessment, you will then be emailed a weekly personalised training schedule for you to complete.

read moreFitness-4-U Boot Camps are run by one of Swindon's most experienced and qualified Personal Trainers. These sessions are challenging, so we don't recommend them for those not used to exercise, although we can cater for a wide range of abilities. Generally speaking, if you can jog-walk approximately a mile and a half, you should be able to cope with the boot camp. No equipment, no fuss, just a fantastic all round workout designed to work all the major muscle groups. You may get your hands dirty so gloves are recommended!
