Fineline Recruitment has been founded since 2004 and has grown in size and reputation over this period. Fineline was established as we believed there was a gap in the market for an agency that could supply a individual service' whilst still providing 1st class candidates. From individual frustration of dealing with agencies it was felt that there was a lack of understanding and a strong desire from most to send across any old CV to gain targets. This resulted in spending valuable time just checking piles of CV's to ascertain suitable candidates, when this should have been part of the service being offered.
