Working out with other people assists you stay motivated and work harder than when alone. The fitness class is a nice way of meeting people and gives you a chance to learn lots of new exercises that you can do at home. The course runs in 5 week blocks (including half term) and there is a limit of 25 people to a course. In-between the courses there are usually some fit ball classes designed to exercise every muscle group using a fit ball. The fitness class will range from week to week to aid keep you motivated but the class format is similar.
