Bodywork-Pilates is a tiny, independent specialist Pilates Centre. With a maximum membership of 100 (although non-members are very welcome) we strive to make sure that quality of instruction is never compromised and classes are no larger than 10-12 people. Classes are graded from absolute beginner to intermediate/advanced, providing appropriate, safe and effective exercise for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Bodywork-Pilates has a beautifully presented matwork studio as well as the only well equipped Pilates apparutus studio in the area.

Our beautiful studio in Cefn-Y-Bedd, Wrexham is fully equipped with a wide assortment of specialist small equipment, as well as a full compliment of Pilates large equipment. In Chester, we run a comprehensive timetable of classes from the studio within Beehive Healthcare, and we offer Pilates matwork classes at Gresford Memorial Hall, Gresford.
