We were recommended to use Rachel by some friends who had previously worked with her. It was a great decision! Rachel is incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to respond to emails and questions in a very timely manner, offered lots of support and became a 'go to' person during our house move. Rachel has been incredibly helpful thoughout my mortgage life (which has been a very big learning curve for me!). She helped me get my first mortagge 3 years ago, and also dealt with a number of tricky issues regarding a move overseas and - more recently - a remortgage. She is really excellent and hard-working, and has perservered throughout. I would very much recommend her services!
