Roll Forming
We produce custom Z-section and C-section profiles up to 500mm deep and 6mm gauge using advanced cold-rolling technology. Our 12 production lines ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality for construction and industrial applications. Components meet SCI-assessed standards with guaranteed 450N/mm yield strength.
Press Forming
Our 9-metre press-forming capabilities handle lengths up to 12.5mm thickness, creating complex structural elements like grain walling and stair treads. Seven dedicated machines ensure production flexibility for bespoke architectural components and industrial parts.
Laser Profiling
