From the start of the process, we felt that we were listened to by a team of professionals. That was important as this was a significant investment for us. We had to wait a little time for the fitting team and waited patiently in anticipation. Brilliant fitting team - well organised and they just got on the the job - result is quite superb - we are delighted. A very, very easy recommend from us.

We had Abbott-Wade over along with several other companies, but the expertise and passion meant we chose to move forward with them. I dont think we were an easy customer, requesting a few changes here and there during design, then after completion, but nothing was a problem and the team were consultative and patient throughout. The end product is stunning and has transformed our hallway. We would highly recommend them.

Just had our staircase refurbished - amazing service from the very first visit. Absolutely no pressure from the salesman (no sales patter at all just excellent advice from a professional who is an expert rather than a salesman). No messing about with the dates advised for fitting and fitters arrived dead on the time advised. These guys grafted from 7 in the morning until 7 at night. The end result is beautiful, they have so much pride in what they produce. Extremely skilled, professional and courteous throughout. As you can tell, we are so pleased. Will be recommending whenever we can.

Lee and Simon arrived at our door before 09.00 after a 4.5 hour drive and immediately set to work. Work which was carried out professionally and skilfully, they were very tidy and efficient, there work was to a high standard. We are very pleased with the finished product and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

Highly commendable, brilliant job installing our new staircase, nothing was too much trouble, no mess and staff superb, really friendly and eager to please
After sales is exemplary and would recommend them anytime, cannot be faulted

Had replacement staircase installed by Abbott-Wade in September. Fantastic fitters and a brilliant new look for the house. Took just over a day start to finish, really clean and tidy workers and a joy to have in the home. Had a very minor issue with the glass panels and it was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend this company. Quality work at a competitive price!

Our new staircase looks fabulous. It was part of a total house renovation and our builder recommended Abbot-Wade. The team was very professional, ensuring that everything was finished to our satisfaction and a high standard. They left the site clean and our staircase is now a wow factor that everybody comments favourably on. We would highly recommend this company.

I've experienced fantastic service, professionalism and authenticity from everyone at Abbott-Wade Staircases. From the first consultation(I won't call it a sales call because I was listened to, not sold to), the survey to the installation by Jake and Mike; I've been delighted. The final design is stunning and installation was fuss free. I'm a very happy customer who's loving my new stairs!

We ordered a complete new stairs from Abbott-Wade. The fitters arrived and within an hour the old stairs had gone, half an hour later the fitter came in and explained that, due to human error on input to the manufacturing computer, the new stairs had been manufactured to the wrong measurements. They explained they would temporarily fit the stairs and then travel all the way back to the factory in Warrington to pick up the new stairs and fit them the next day.

I should say we live in the midlands so Warrington is circa 100 miles one way. True to his word he appeared before 8am the next day with a new set of stairs which were fitted before midday. Everything was carried out with no fuss and they ensured everything was kept as clean as possible. We did have another small problem which still need solving, namely our old stairs had a normal step at the top leading onto 3 winders and Abbot Wade suggested the new top step should also be a winder thus making a more natural flow when walking up / down.

I must say in practice they were right. However when implemented this meant the new winder overhung from the hall ceiling. After a couple of conversations with Abbott Wade they sent in a couple for joiners who did a superb job in boxing in the overhang to make it look as if the staircase had been in place for ever. Finally because we had to have a plasterer in before fitting the beading etc Abbott Wade had to make a third visit before completion.

All the above probably sounds quite a lot of hassle but Abbott Wade and that included everyone I dealt with, were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and you just new everything was going to be finished to the highest standards. I throughly recommend this company, their friendliness and how they go about solving problems is just amazing and certainly not usual in this day and age. Oh and I havent even mentioned the competitive price!
