The Yoga Principle

I set up The Yoga Principle because of my love of Dru Yoga and a desire to share it with as many people as possible. I strongly believe that Dru Yoga can act as a main tool for transformation in not only your life, but in our community and the world as a complete. I provide yoga tuition in the Bury, Bolton and Manchester area through private classes, yoga in schools and through teaching yoga in the workplace. All classes are for mixed abilities. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring along some water to drink and a blanket to keep you good and warm during the deep relaxation.
