The Chinese Medicine Clinic

Chinese medicine has been practised for several 1000's of years. The theories are deeply rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy although the practice has of course evolved with time. The basis of Chinese medicine theory is that man is an important part of nature and as such should obey natural laws. Going against these laws leads to imbalance and disease. The emphasis is on prevention of disease by living in harmony with the environment, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, taking an appropriate amount of exercise and paying attention to the diet.
