read moreWhen you first join our practice we will give you a registration pack to complete giving us details about your present and past health. You will be required to show photo ID when registering as well as a proof of address; this could be a utility bill or bank statement. We also offer you an opportunity to see the nurse within the next month for a health check (including height, weight, blood pressure test, urine checking, immunisation review, cervical smear status etc). If you would like to register please visit the practice at either site to pick up a registration pack.

The midwife manages the appointment system so all communication regarding appointments is via the midwife. Are arranged via phone, text, or letter. Appointments are made via reception. Patients usually see the trainee nurse associate or health care assistant for blood tests blood pressure, height weight and urine tests and foot checks.
