All of the interpreters that work for this service have been through a vigorous recruitment and selection process. Our receptionists are responsible for booking interpreters and you should ask for an interpreter at the time you book your appointment. Wherever possible you should give at least five days' notice of your need to see a GP or practice nurse as this will allow a suitable interpreter to be located.

This means you will be able to order these again without the need to see the GP each time. If you have recently joined the practice and have previously had repeat prescriptions, you will need to make an appointment with a GP before you run out of your medication. Patients who are registered for our online services can order their medication using their person account. This lists all the repeat medication on your medical record and allows you to order the items that you require.
