Welcome to The Jefford Centre for Health and Wellbeing. We supply the very highest Physiotherapy service that goals and to optimise the conditions required for healing to occur within the body. We treat acute sports and accidental injuries, through to more chronic conditions. Specialist treatment includes mobilisation and manipulation, acupuncture and post-operative rehabilitation. We currently have a very experienced and sought after in-house Sports Therapist who offers massage and post-injury rehabilitation and individual training programmes.
