The Brundall Medical Centre

The medical centre was opened in 1979 and supplies a huge range of medical and community services. Several of these services are offered by team not employed by the practice but community team employed by the Primary Care Trust. There is a practice car park and easy access for disabled patients. The practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act. This booklet contains information relevant to the needs of these Acts.
