Set within the middle of Worthing town centre, Gym Xtreme is a dedicated Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Centre. The Gym Xtreme Centre incorporates a fantastic new fitness suite with the very latest in high tech cardiovascular and weight resistance equipment. A brand new purpose built Martial Arts training facility which includes a Boxing Ring, MMA Cage, matted floors, numerous punch bags and the only GlideBoxx in Sussex. The Martial Arts facility provides more than fifty classes per week with a class suitable for all ages and abilities.
