1st Wessex has begun to unite all of the organisations within its Group under a single First Wessex identity and over the coming months you'll start to see more of our new corporate identity in our signage and resident communications. Fernhill Care will still exist and until we currently have completed the changeover you will continue to receive letters and other correspondence with the Fernhill Care logo on it. 1st Wessex is the biggest supplier of social housing in Hampshire. We manage and maintain affordable homes for rent or purchase, whilst delivering a best quality housing service for our residents.
