Artist in Plymouth, Devon
Brian turned to Medicine from Pharmacy in the 1970s. Newly qualified, he and his wife Jane, both from the West Midlands, decided to spend his obligatory hospital year by the sea. They selected Plymouth, where he subsequently became a complete time General Practitioner. In 1982 they purchased a cottage as a holiday retreat in the picturesque Cornish village of Mousehole where he now spends much of his time painting. Most of Brian's pictures reflect his continuing love of the sea, Mousehole and his home city of Plymouth.
