Our team includes eight GPs, four nurses, counsellor, midwife, health visitors, district nurses as well as our practice director and switchboard and reception team. We provide a complete general practice service and run specialist clinics for kids and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery. We'll use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with up to date information relating to our practice.

read moreYou will need to provide confirmation of your address, preferably in the form of a bank statement for the last three months, and photographic identification such as a passport or driving licence. This will need to be handed in to reception once you have completed the forms. We cannot register you until we have verified your ID. Please be aware it may take up to 5 working days to complete your full application. You are welcome to book an appointment with one of our healthcare assistants for a new patient health check.
