Steve arrived promptly at 10am Monday (the next day) observed social distancing and wore a mask. He examined the nest area from the ground and then explained the procedure. He got suited up and with his ladders set up professionally efficiently and quickly dealt with our wasps nest.
Afterwards (again observing social distancing and with his mask on) he explained what would happen to the nest and that we shouldn't have any problems but to get back in touch if we had any issues.
