We also to offer our patient evening and weekends appoints at one of our Primary Care Manchester Hub sites. Primary Care Manchester is a federation of GPs practice of which West Gorton Medical Centre is a member. A hub is a local practice, chosen to deliver this service. There are a variety of appointments available at the hub, including GP, nurse and health care assistant appointments.
