I went to vaster timber for timber for my camper van and was helped by a man named Wolf what a legend he was so helpful and went above and beyond and the timber was excellent. If I need some more timber that is the only place I would go to . Thanks again Wolf

I have been wanting to build a hut, somewhere we could use to have a cuppa/lunch when at the yard on these chilly days and a place to possibly sleep in the summer for an adventure. I really wanted it to look great and to weather nicely over the years but wasn’t sure what timber would be the best. I had a chat with the guys at Vasterns in Calne and they advised on the best look, size, thickness and also how to build to allow for any shrinking. We went with the oak waney edge and it looks amazing. Thank you all.

read moreFollowing Government guidelines for suppliers of building products, we are open to service trade customers, who can continue to select and collect timber by appointment. We ask that all visitors wear masks indoors and outdoors when on our premises. Our customer showroom is closed. For cladding, beams, plank and flooring we can take orders by phone and email as usual. Collections are by appointment only. Deliveries are limited to sites with easy access and forklift offload or a minimum of two people on site for manual offload.
