This merger was completed by July 1982, with Avery Knight moving to the bigger premises at James Street West, Bath. Bowlers Engineering Supplies Ltd. Started trading in 1970, re-establishing the business of a very old and respected Company in Corn Street, Bath. Bowlers Engineering was best known for its huge ranging stocks of steel, non-ferrous metals, wrought and cast products; valves, fittings and all aspects of engineering accessories.
