This salon is brilliant! The friendly staff are incredibly welcoming, offering an amazing experience and a fantastic cut. It's the best hair salon in Leicester.

Lovely friendly staff who really care about their customers, plus they are very skilled hairdressers and do a brilliant job. My husband and I have always been very pleased with our cuts. We introduced our 95 year old Aunt to the salon and she loves it. She is treated with immense kindness and courtesy, and a genuine affection.

A few weeks ago, I went to Ungaro for a total color transformation. It's hands down the best salon I've ever visited. Every staff member was exceptional, starting from when I messaged them beforehand until the moment I walked out. They never made me feel embarrassed or judged about my hair before, and I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new brunette look, and the customer service I experienced was simply incredible. Thank you all so much!
