6th time using this company for windows and doors. Stairs next! They never fail to impress. lots of people that have done jobs for us in the past have left new problems behind them but not in this case. Their service is very much worth the money. Knowing that this company have done the job gives us tremendous peace of mind.

Excellent service from Rob, Shane and the team. Replaced the rotten and damaged wooden balcony on our Edwardian property, as well as repairing and insulating 3 sash windows. All work carried out to a very high standard. Great communication through the project. I would highly recommend.

Excellent work and a great experience with this company. They were very busy when I contacted them, but they responded straight away and gave a realistic timeframe for the work. We replaced the front set of windows on our Victorian terraced property with double-glazed hardwood sash windows made and fitted by Traditional Carpentry, and Robert and his team were outstanding. Rob had actually helped us repair a number of windows at the property several years ago, and did such a good job we tracked him down when we wanted to replace them.
Rob provided a detailed budget and timeframe at the outset, and kept to both, and he promised great quality and absolutely delivered. His team went above and beyond, even doing general maintenance work around the windows to sort some rot without charging. A very reliable, honest and hardworking team - I would highly recommend and we will definitely use again in future.

Rob of Traditional Carpentry was very professional in all my dealings with him. He understood the difficulty of organising replacement windows for a flat from overseas and liaised with scaffolder, management and tenants in the flat. While I havent seen the final result, I have seen all the photos that he sent. He also advised and I considered the advice was in my best interests. I trusted him. Thank you Rob.

Robert and his team are a great company to work with. Their workmanship is excellent and they are really nice bunch to have in your home. The refurbishment and draught proofing of my original wooden sash windows has made a real difference in the warmth of my rooms and the new wooden windows that they made me are perfect. Rob and his colleague were on time and got on with the job straight away. They put dusts sheets down throughout the house and cleared up any mess they made. The installation went smoothly and the window looks amazing. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone else who needs sash windows replaced or repaired.
