I bought the carpet for my new apartment from top carpets , something I had no idea about doing at the time. Abdul was extremely helpful explaining the ins and outs of the process, and showed a full range of carpets at different price points to work with my budget. zam who went to take measurements at the apartment was really friendly and followed up immediately with a phone call to keep me in the loop. The original carpet we wanted was out of stock, so another quick trip in had everything sorted in no time, and we had the perfect carpet fitted ready to move in. I couldn't recommend the team who work at. Top Carpet highly recommended, and if I ever need to get a new carpet, this is the first and only place I'll be coming.

Absolutely brilliant! Fitting service and underlay included on the price, and a very good price at that! They were done in less than 90 minutes (12ft x 9ft room). Would recommend! 5 stars!

Excellent in store service, went above and beyond to find me the carpet I needed. Ordered on the Thursday and fitted next day. Fitters were quick and thorough and tidied up after and took their rubbish. Good job, I will use again for the next room, highly recommended.

Matched a carpet sample for us for our third bedroom. Owner in the shop in New Oscott was lovely, knowledgable and professional. Did not have to wait long to get it fitted. Phone call before fitting. Carpet fitters were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Good price. Would recommend.

Have had my house carpeted by this buisness. Always pleasant in store, the carpets are always fitted within a day or two. The carpet fitter they use is very good and has done some great work, especially our stairs.

First time I have used top carpets they had plenty of choice so went for a good quality hard wearing carpet for stairs and landing the price was reasonable. They could fit the carpet any day I wanted and the two fitters worked non stop on one of the hottest days of the year.
