Tone Up

Tone up provides many benefits that are not available in a gym. Your 1 to 1 session is just that - working with your own tone up trainer within the privacy of our fully equipped studio. You can even choose the background music! If you have specific health or fitness issues as so many of our members do, then knowing the equipment you can safely use in a gymand the equipment you should avoid can be hit and miss. You can unknowingly cause yourself damage. At tone up we evolve a progrqamme that looks at you in a holistic way. We then work with you for the duration of each session. You're in safe, experienced hands.
