Writing my review now from the treatment I had in early feb this year, I had heat treatment and the lads were so friendly, Gavin was amazing and answered all my questions constantly in email, I am based all the way in Northumberland and he still came through, They were super thorough and Touch wood, I'm still bedbug free to this day!

we had a small bed bug issue in our flat in london, no idea where they came from (prob from visitors). called for bed bug heat treatment but the guys said we didnt need the full heat, they just sprayed the rooms. sorted it in about a week. only reason i didnt give 5 stars is timing, wish they could of come sooner.

I was gutted when I found bed bugs in my daughters room after she came back from uni. It was proper stressful, especially with her exams coming up. I do think ThermoPest could offer a bit more in terms of aftercare, such as a follow-up inspection as standard.
