We provide a wide range of fitness classes, games and activities for children of all ages. From pre-school to Key Stage 4, The Shrewsbury Club team has created four different age groups to ensure that your children are getting the best activities suited to them. We have called these groups Tots (ages 2 4), Explorers (5 - 10), Tribe (11 - 13) and Base (14 15).

Yesterday was work out in the gym and then a visit to The Hub for cappuccino with my wife Kerry both of us enjoy the Gym and workout which we do together our workout has been set up for us to do by the gym instructors which we do at our own pace.

read moreWe joined as a family and we enjoy the easy relaxed atmosphere. I play social tennis twice a week, where the standard of play is challenging and enjoyable. Our boys are both in training squads, enjoying themselves and making good progress. We swim some days, sauna and steam, and use the restaurant regularly where ingredients are always fresh. It's an easy place to stop off on the edge of town, next to a roundabout on the bypass. It helps get us through the year, especially the winter. I used the gym when we first joined but now just keep fit with tennis which I enjoy doing more. Each to their own.

The tennis section of the club offers excellent value for money with 10 hours of free social indoor tennis, organised by a coach with balls provided on a weekly basis! I have always found the coaches extremely professional & knowledgable.

This gym is a little over the price I would usually pay for a gym but I'm so glad that I found it! All of the facilities from the gym equipment, clasess, swimming area to the restaurant and staff is 100% on form! Never any maintenance problems, staff are very friendly and the restaurants food is delicious not to mention the children's facilities, new park and tennis courts.
I have been to gyms all over the world and most of the Shropshire and staffordshire area within the uk and this is the best I've been too!
The owners and staff should be very proud!
