Massage Therapy
read moreAt The Physio Studio we understand that traditional physiotherapy treatments are very effective for many problems, but we also firmly believe that a massage can be as beneficial for keeping some pain and dysfunction at bay. These soft tissue injuries or ongoing tightness can underlie many of the problems that come through our doors. These need to be addressed to aid complete recovery and to avoid conditions reoccurring. Sports massage benefits injured athletes by helping to speed healing and reduce downtime.
