Your home may be repossessed if you don't keep up repayments on your mortgage. In certain circumstances, where a mortgage is difficult to arrange or involves a wealth of additional work, there may be a fee for mortgage advice and the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances. Our normal fee is J499 but will be subject to a maximum of J999 (2% this fee will be payable upon completion.
