read moreOur mission is to provide bespoke workplace mental well-being and mindfulness training. Too often we see that mental health is only put on the agenda when things go very wrong. We believe in encouraging businesses to be proactive in prevention, rather than spending on costly reactive treatment. We design each course to fit around the needs of the organisation and to respond to any areas of mental health concern.
