They say the best things in life come free, and this is really it! Colin was highly recommended to me. It was a breath of fresh air to have a mortgage broker that didn't want to charge a fee in these extortionate times. He provided me with clear illustrations of what I can borrow and also how much the payments would be, whereas others only sent a brief line or 2, making every estate agent question whether I could really borrow money. Colin has helped me find the right mortgage products over many years from first time buyer (2003), through remortgage (2008, 2013) and house move (2019). He most recently helped with a complicated buy-to-let which had loads of challenging restrictions due to location and our circumstances.
