Our system includes the finest of Shitoryu Karate, Ju-jitsu techniques, Self-defence, Grappling, Weapons and Kickboxing. All classes are Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Classes and supply each memeber with learning of each of these disciplines according to their rank and their age through our Rotating Curriculum. However, for those people who are just interested in Kickboxing, a separate class is available. Please click TimeTable for all class times. Please DO NOT confuse our MMA classes with the kind of Mixed Martial Arts you may see on TV with UFC.
