Osteopathy is a drug-free form of manual medicine which focuses on the health of the musculoskeletal system of the body; in other words, it seeks to make a positive influence on joints, muscles, ligaments and fascial tissues, as well as the body's nervous, blood and lymphatic systems. Osteopathy is concerned not just with the part of the body that hurts, but looks at the person's overall health and the factors that are contributing or maintaining the person's pain. It is, therefore, a very natural way of improving health and reducing/eliminating pain.
