The Serious Investor was incorporated in 2006 with a staff that have spent most of their professional career in the property investment business. Having worked through the industry for some huge well known brand names many grew frustrated with the hard sales and lack of experience that their competitors were bombarding clients with. The moral choice was taken to leave these firms and form a reputable business with a clear objective of marketing sound investments based on careful research.
