Amazing

I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff at the Pocklington branch are. After an awful experience re contact lenses at Specsavers I walked into this branch on the off chance and I'm so glad I did. The team could not have been more efficient and welcoming. Absolute hats-off to Richard the optician and Janine for their patience with me and my struggles with taking my lenses out. I've received such good care, nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful people. If you're considering visiting this branch then do not hesitate they are the BEST! I can't thank them enough.

Our head office is in Birmingham (where the business started) and today we have over 180 'optical and hearing care' branches, as well as many other 'hearing only' outlets in independent opticians and medical centres. The business was started by Solomon Scriven, a qualified optician and pharmacist, and over the years has grown to include branches from Hartlepool in the north to Penzance in the south, Diss in the east to Rhyl in the west.
