You will be coached through hill climbs, intervals and sprints by an experienced instructor and to motivating music. A whole-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga will also help tone muscles, relax your mind and improve your well-being. This is a one hour workout using the equipment on our cardio floor.

It is a fantastic area for all of our sponsored teams and athletes to use as well as our wonderful members and it is available to use around our functional and strength group exercise timetable.
