Keith has an impressive depth of knowledge and experience and a lot of patience explaining the technicalities to lay people. He was ingenious coming up with ideas on how to plan the project and how to make best use of the space. We went to see a few recent customers and were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and all the customers were highly complimentary about the work, the way it was carried out, and how friendly and helpful Keith and his team were.

We also offer the facilities of obtaining Certicates of Lawfulness where these may be required. Whereas not all loft conversions do require Planning Consent all will require Building Control Approval. These cover the actual structural elements of any loft conversion as well as certain laid down criteria. We orgainise all the administration of this as well as ensuring the necessary Building Inspector inspections are carried out as required.
