Loft Conversions in Bath, Somerset
We've been in the building trade for over 10 years and have worked on numerous houses in the Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire area. We work on listed buildings, replacing old stonework with matching new stonework to preserve the look and feel of the property. All our service is carefully checked before being inspected by building control who have never had a problem getting our work signed off. We are cheerful to provide references from similar projects and you're more than welcome to contact them directly if you like.

Loft Conversions Bath
read moreWe complete a loft conversion about every six months mainly in and around Bath. We work closely with you to make sure you're happy with the provisional look and feel, and if they're any changes required are comfortable to modify the design to suit. This loft conversion was completed with a fibreglass flat roof with a decking balcony suspended above. The bi-folding doors open into the new loft conversion. The rails were fitted for safety up to specification, the image shows the site one week prior to completion.
House Extensions Bath
read moreOur house extensions are competitively priced, we recently went out to see an elderly lady near Bath who had been heavily overquoted - our prices would have been less by approximately 30%. We are always very honest and there are no hidden extras - any unforseen work or complications will be charged fairly at the going rate and agreed in advance. For example, a client wanted an extra Velux window and had a price through the Velux website of 270 plus VAT. By going through a builder's merchant the same window and blind was aquired for 250, VAT included, with flashing and fitting accessories at no extra cost.
