I recently decided to purchase a Concept 2 rower and with a significant investment required, this was not a decision I took lightly. For full transparency there were some issues over the order, but this is where Will at Pinnacle excelled. Life can throw you problems and I've always felt that its how you handle these problems, that shows what kind of person you are. As soon as the issues were raised, Will was on point to remedy any issues or questions I had. Often going far and above what would be expected from any retailer I have purchased from before.

I recently bought a refurbished Life Fitness Commercial Treadmill (95T Elevation Series) from Pinnacle Fitness. What a great product and company! For about of the purchase price of a new one (which can cost up to 20k), I got the equivalent of a brand new one in all measures. This is not a simple used product but a completely refurbished treadmill that looks and works like a new one. I could even choose my preferred frame colour in onyx black and LF stickers in silver. Now I get the luxurious workout feeling at home, which I usually only get in upmarket prestige gyms. The treadmill arrived perfectly packed and in superb conditions without any scratches. The customer service was absolutely great, too. Will was available for advice all the way from pre-sales discussions, keeping me up to date on progress of the refurbishment, delivery times as promised, and after-sales service such as configuration help, even spending time on the phone to guide me through the process. After two weeks of use, my family and I can confidently say that Pinnacle Fitness sold us a fantastic product that meets all expectations. For any future gym equipment purchase, Pinnacle Fitness will be one of my first choices. Thank you to Will and Pinnacle Fitness for a commendable customised product and service.

I recently took delivery of a refurbished Life Fitness recumbent cycle from Pinnacle Fitness and I cannot praise this company highly enough.
In terms of customer service, I contacted William and when he knew I needed the cycle as soon as possible for medical reasons he moved heaven and earth to achieve that. He sorted out a problem I had with my local delivery company and kept in touch throughout. I cannot fault the service at all.
The product itself is everything I wanted, it looks like new and works perfectly. It arrived securely on a pallet and even the delivery driver commented on how well packaged/protected it was. 5 star everything.

Pinnacle helped me to choose the right equipment. Once I paid, they kept me informed with my order and delivery was exceptionally fast. It arrived very well packed on a pallet. The driver waited until I checked my equipment before he left. He also took all the packaging with him. My Excersize bike arrived in mint condition. Im over the moon with it. I used Pinnacle to order a recumbent bike. We have had an issue with the screen, but it's how they elected to deal with it which is to be very helpful to try and replace it for free.
